Would I be eligible for financial assistance?
Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible for financial assistance to cover the cost of your sessions. Contact me to discuss your eligibility.
When do I pay for the sessions?
Payment is due on a per session basis. For example, if you engage in the 6 session plan and you have a coaching session every fortnight, you would pay $80 per fortnight for 12 weeks.
Do you have payment plans?
Yes, payment plans are available for each package. Contact me to discuss payment plan options.
I'm not sure about spending that much
I understand, this is an investment. But this is for the most important thing in your life: you. And you will have the benefit of the program for the rest of your life. You will have gained incredible tools for use in all areas of life, just for the price of a weekend away or an old iPhone.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for 48 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment to give me time to find someone else to fill your place.
The 12 week program sounds like a long time
For many people, change takes time. The 12 week program has been specifically designed to take you through staged changes which include letting go of long held barriers and self-limiting beliefs and recalibrating your mindset, creating awareness of your strengths and building on those as we work through the program. Those are big changes and involve rewiring neural pathways that have been in place for a long time. We need to work through this in stages over time and I will support you as you apply all of the techniques I teach you over that 12 week period.
How often do we meet?
We usually meet on a weekly or fortnightly basis for the duration of your coaching program. After the completion of the program, you had the option of continuing with monthly or quarterly appointments.
I'm feeling nervous about being coached. Is that normal?
It is common for people to feel nervous about life coaching (or seeking any kind of support). Some clients worry about whether their issues are normal, whether it's ok to speak about certain things in the coaching session or if they'll appear silly for raising minor worries. Please don't be concerned at all. I am an open and non-judgemental person and I'm here to support you in any way that I can. If something comes up in a session that I don't feel I can help with, I'll help to direct you to the right kind of support.
